4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• In cases of unusual activity, va789 may place a withdrawal on hold and additional verification may be required.
• All withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

Section 5: Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus may only be used on specified games — this will be clearly stated in each offer.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless a specific offer explicitly permits it.
• If the wagering requirement period expires, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
