va789 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
Gaming should always be a source of fun — not stress or problems. va789 is always ready with effective self-control tools, support channels, and transparent policies for you.
What Do We Mean by Responsible Gaming?
Online gaming is a great form of entertainment — when kept within limits. va789 believes every player's experience should be enjoyable, controlled, and safe. But sometimes gaming habits can get out of control — and that can affect personal, family, and financial life.
We want you to play mindfully. Set limits for yourself, take breaks when needed, and seek help if problems arise. On this page we are sharing all the tools and information that will help you build healthy gaming habits.
Keep in Mind
Gaming is entertainment — not a guaranteed source of income. Every bet has an equal chance of being lost. Never chase losses by placing more bets.
Warning
If you feel that gaming is affecting your daily life, contact our support team immediately.
va789's Safety Tools
Set Deposit Limits
You can set your own maximum deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need to take a break for a set period, activate self-exclusion. Options range from 30 days to permanently closing your account. During this period, logging in and placing bets will be completely disabled.
Time-Out Feature
Set a time limit for your daily gaming session. Once the set time is up, an automatic warning message will appear and you can choose to end the session. Taking breaks and resting for a set period is always a good decision.
Reality Check
At regular intervals, pop-up notifications will let you know how long you have been playing and how much you have spent in total. This information will help you stay aware and in control.
Bet Amount Limit
Decide in advance the maximum amount you will place on each bet. Setting this limit reduces the risk of a large loss from a reckless decision and increases your enjoyment of the game.
24/7 Support
Reach us anytime via live chat or email ([email protected]). The va789 support team is always ready to help in Bengali and English. No matter how small your concern, we are here for you.
Assess Yourself
The questions below will help you reflect on your gaming habits. If you answer "yes" to more than one, it may be time to seek support.
- Are you spending money beyond your budget?
- Is gaming stopping you from spending time with family or work?
- Are you gaming repeatedly to try to win back lost money?
- Do you feel restless or irritable when you are not gaming?
- Is gaming causing conflicts with people close to you?
- Have you repeatedly failed in attempts to stop gaming?
- Are you gaming with borrowed or loaned money?
Five Rules for Problem-Free Gaming
Set Your Budget First
Before you start gaming, decide the maximum amount you will spend. Once you reach that limit, end the session — whether you are up or down.
Respect Your Time Limit
Decide how long you will game each day. Use the time-out and reality check features.
Do Not Bet on Impulse
Do not game when you are angry, frustrated, or have been drinking. It becomes difficult to make sound decisions in those moments.
Do Not Treat Gaming as Your Only Entertainment
Also spend time with family, friends, sports, and other hobbies. A varied lifestyle is the key to a healthy mind.
Do Not Hesitate to Ask for Help
If you feel there is a problem, open up to our support team or someone you trust. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Why Is Self-Exclusion Important?
Self-exclusion is one of the most powerful tools in responsible gaming. When it feels difficult to keep gaming under control, making the decision to take a break yourself is a very courageous and wise move.
When you activate self-exclusion on va789, you will not be able to access the platform for that period. During this time we do not send you any bonus or promotional messages, so you can have complete peace of mind.
Even after self-exclusion ends, ask yourself before returning — are you truly ready? The period can be extended further if needed. Our support team will always be by your side.
